Co-Founder & Executive Director
Ebenezer Lartey is a dynamic educator, advocate, and early childhood systems leader with over a decade of experience shaping equitable early learning ecosystems across Ghana and Sub-Saharan Africa. He is a Co-founder and Executive Director of the Early Childhood Network Ghana (ECNG), where he spearheads national advocacy campaigns, stakeholder mobilization, and capacity-strengthening programs to advance quality and inclusive early childhood care and education (ECCE).
Ebenezer is also the Founder and Director of Triumph School4Kids, a neuroscience-informed, play-based kindergarten in Accra that integrates local culture and child-centered pedagogy. His work blends grassroots innovation with policy-level influence, ensuring that ECCE delivery is both accessible and contextually relevant.
Internationally, Ebenezer serves on the Board of the World Forum Foundation and acts as the Africa Coordinator for the Global Leaders Program, where he contributes to shaping global narratives on early education, social equity, and leadership development. He has represented Ghana at various international policy forums, sharing insights on curriculum equity, early learning environments, and workforce development.
He is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Education & Development in Early Childhood at the University of Haifa, Israel, where his research focuses on the implementation of Ghana’s Standards-Based Curriculum in kindergartens, particularly from the perspective of teachers. His academic and professional work continues to bridge research, advocacy, and practice—building systems where every child can thrive.
